What exactly is included in the fixed price?+
The quoted price covers everything: design, build, on-page SEO, LocalBusiness schema, lead capture form, 12 months of hosting, and SSL. The only extras are Google Ads budget (paid direct to Google, not to us) and e-commerce platform fees where applicable.
How strict is the 14-day delivery promise?+
Very. 14 days is our contractual commitment on every Starter Website and Lead Engine project. A fixed scope is how we keep the promise — you know exactly what you're getting before work begins.
What happens to hosting after the first year?+
The Starter Website includes 12 months of hosting and SSL. After that, hosting renews at £15/mo or £150/yr. The Lead Engine and AI Receptionist monthly plans include ongoing hosting throughout the subscription.
Can I update the site myself after launch?+
Yes. We can integrate a CMS (Sanity or similar) on request, or hand over the full codebase if you're technical. Most clients find it easier to email us for copy changes — small edits are free for the first 12 months.
